At Cakewalk we work with each one of our couples to create a custom cake ,dessert bar , intimate wedding reception , or portable picnic designed just for you. We offer full Gluten free , Dairy free and full Vegan Wedding Receptions, Cakes & Dessert Bars, and picnics . Our Catering, Cake, & Dessert creations are made from locally grown organic ingredients including fresh ground Organic heirloom/heritage grains from Bluebird Grain Farm, Janies Mill, Hayden Mills Farm and Montana Gluten Free Oats, all our grains are tested and free from glyphosate, pesticides, herbicides and synthetics. We use local sun ripened fruits including exotic fruits from Tyson Hill Farm , Seasonal vegetables from 7 different local organic Family farms including Blue Oak Farm, Hawk N Fox Farm, Dambaucher Mushroom Farm and the finest organic dairy out of Sonoma County and Local Organic Artisan Cheeses from ButterCream Farm . We create with consciousness and care for our environments and community. We believe the integrity of food starts with the soil that it is grown in and that the best quality equals the best flavor and enjoyment.

About our Custom Cakes:

We create cakes of all sizes and designs. Mini elopement cakes , Simple Elegant minimalist cakes, Multi tiered custom cakes , Cupcakes, Cheesecake and more. We offer full wedding cakes as well as a small decorated bride and groom cakes paired with a pretty dessert tables of any size which may also be accompanied by a sheet cake allowing guests to enjoy a slice of wedding cake too. If you want the look of an intricate and gorgeous multi tiered tiered designer wedding cake, we also offer false cakes as an alternate option: Made of Styrofoam cylinders decorated to look like edible tiers, false cakes provide a show stopping photo op for those cakes with the impossible design .You may choose to have one real layer to cut into with additional false layers for visual impact and a sheet cake cut to perfect portions and plated for guests to enjoy. If you are not in our area and would like a cake tasting our tasting boxes ship out every February with 4 seasonal flavors for you to try. Cakes may be combined with dessert bars to accommodate number of guests. Cupcakes, macarons and cake pops are among our popular dessert bar treats. We also create a fully array of European style pastries and desserts including bombe glacee, biscotti, cannolis, caneles, croquembouche towers , nougat candies and more.

When building you a cake, taste is as important to us as is the design. We love to know what your favorite flavors in life are and we build your wedding cake flavors from there. Usually our cakes are constructed with cake flavor, soak flavor, filling and outer buttercream. Once you send us your favorite flavors we send you different combinations. You may also look through our flavor list and let us know if anything sounds delicious. The same is true for our seasonal menus. We create a menu customized to your wedding season, your taste preferences and and any dietary preferences or allergies.
