We coordinate the logistics of your wedding day to make sure everything you spent months planning runs exactly how you envisioned. Checking details both big (vendor contract review, final head count, last min bookings, floor plans, lighting levels, music arrangement, all troubleshooting) small (placement of favors, timeline, proper packaging of cake top tier).
We conduct the wedding rehearsal the day before, also direct Processional & Recessional Ceremony, Reception & Activities, Grand Exit and pack all of your goodies at the end of the evening .
The Coordinator is normally last to leave at the end of event.
