Built by volunteers in 1952 and modernized several times since the Capital City Grange Hall has been the site of many happy family and community celebrations. The fully-equipped kitchen and spacious cafeteria in the basement compliment the vintage decor of the handicapped-accessible Main Hall. Located just outside Montpelier on its own hill, the CCG Hall has spacious parking and is easy to reach. With one of the best dance floors in all New England (2000sf of hard VT maple) and old photos, quilts, and weavings on the walls, you and your family and friends can almost hear the fiddle music as you join the happy DIY waltz through time.
