Cari was incredibly organized, patient, and helpful in every way, in preparing for my wedding. I wasn't exactly sure if I would even need her help at first but she offered so many helpful organizational tools, she made me aware of so many small details I would not have thought of, and provided so much support. She was informed about every detail and understood my desires and vision, which gave me great peace of mind. During the wedding weekend she directed the rehearsal with great ease and efficiency, and she stayed for the entire wedding to make sure everything went perfectly from beginning to end. Cari was professional, dressed professional and was proactive in making sure we addressed details far in advance of the event. She came up with questions on topics I had not thought of. She stayed during the event, being available to answer any questions and address unexpected challenges. She was thorough with creating timelines for the event, making sure all parties were receiving the updates. She took the time to meet with us during venue walk through and ceremony rehearsal. I would highly recommend Cari as an event/wedding planner. She provided the "stress - less" service I was seeking as the Mother of the Bride.

Cari is both hard working and thorough. She coordinated every aspect of our wedding which included contacting all of the vendors, confirming arrival and departure times and supervised all of the wedding ceremony and dinner and associated activities. I had never worked with a wedding planner before and learned how vital they are to achieving a wonderful event. The most important part was that we could enjoy the evening without having to worry or fuss knowing that Cari had it all in control.
