We could not have asked for a better rehearsal dinner location! We chose this venue because it is a place that we love and wanted all of our friends and family to experience too. We worked closely with Shelbie and some of the other staff at Carmel to pick the perfect menu and wine pairing for our rehearsal dinner. Shelbie even added name place cards for everyone at the table to make it a bit more special than just a table set for dinner.
At Carmel there is a small area by the wines where you can have the curtain drawn to make it a little more private; in the beginning that area was perfect for us, but our party soon grew to double of what we were anticipating. The staff at Carmel quickly accommodated our larger party without any hesitation!
For dinner we opted for a family style dinner, this way everyone could try a little of everything. Everyone of my guests could not stop talking about how great the service was and how much they loved the food!!! Everyone is still talking about the Chickpea Fries and the braised shortribs! I know that anytime our family and friends visit we will be making a trip back to Carmel.

So glad we found this restaurant! After about five failed attempts at booking other locations Carmel Kitchen was the winner. I'm glad those other's didn't work out! Carmel was able to accommodate for our large party of about 25. We worked with them and made a smaller menu for the evening. The restaurant had a great feeling to it and the food was perfect! My husband and I will be returning and bringing more friends and family in the future.
