Wedding video is awful and lost or corrupted raw footage
My daughters wedding was almost a year ago and we are still trying to get our revised wedding video and lost raw footage.
The wedding video was full of engagement video footage and that’s not what we asked for. The wedding day had enough precious moments no engagement footage should be necessary.
But the worst part is what is missing
Bride and groom first dance
Mother and groom first dance
Father and bride first dance
Cake cutting
Bride and groom introduction at wedding
Wedding party entrance to reception
Maid of Honor speech
Best man speech (some audio, no video)
The video arrived after 7 months it was in the contract at 3-4 months. We have corresponded with them since June without any additional information from them.
We have lost footage of my daughters only wedding day!!
