Celtic Wynd presents “Timeless Melodies for a Modern Era”. Celtic violinist and fiddler, Sharon Lawrence, has placed second in the U.S. National Scottish Fiddling Competition. Sharon leads Celtic Wynd in playing traditional, classical and contemporary folk music from Ireland, Scotland, and the British Isles.

Specializing in both elegance with a touch of whimsy, and energetic lively music that keeps toes tapping, Celtic Wynd will add the effervescence that will make your event sparkle!!

Sharon will play solo, or with additional musicians. Her chief musical partner is Celtic Wynd’s guitar/Bodhran player, Norman Moore. The combination of fiddle with guitar and Bodhran is awesome! Other possible musicians that can be added are: second fiddle, viola, cello, flute, harp, and bagpipe.
