Chancey’s Event Center is a full-service wedding venue located in the countryside of Huntley, Montana. A family-owned and -operated facility, the venue has been welcoming guests for weddings and other special events since 2009. In addition to offering event space, they also keep an inventory of wedding rentals and offer overnight accommodations at their on-site bed and breakfast. They are dedicated to providing professional planning from the very beginning to the end, whether couples are looking for a vintage, country, or elegant wedding.

Facilities and Capacity

Couples will be enchanted by the country and garden views of the venue spaces, where they can choose to host their wedding ceremony, reception, bridal shower, or rehearsal dinner indoors or outdoors. The 7,800-square-foot banquet hall can host up to 345 guests under the beautiful chandeliers, while three outdoor patios hold possibilities for overflow seating and socializing areas. The wedding garden is situated right next to the scenic Pryor Creek, the white gazebo and wrought iron arbor surrounded by a rock wall covered in greenery.

Services Offered

Covered by liability insurance for all their events, Chancey’s Event Center gives couples all-inclusive package offerings to ensure nothing is missing from their wedding day. Couples can bring in their own outside vendors or choose to bring in their own food for the evening. The venue staff can assist with set up, tear down, and clean up in addition to providing an on-site cash or open bar serving specialty beer. In addition to providing staff to assist on the wedding day, Chancey’s event planner is committed to helping the couple plan and execute their perfect day. They can arrange rooms for the wedding party to get ready, coordinate the lighting and sound, and ensure parking, shuttle, and wheelchair access for the guests, among many other responsibilities. Accommodations

Wedding bookings include a free overnight stay for the newlywed couple at the site’s Somewhere in Time B&B. They also offer accommodations for the bridal party or other out-of-town guests.
