Chart House Restaurant and Events Center is a wedding venue in Lakeville, Minnesota. For ceremonies, receptions, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, birthday celebrations and every gathering ranging from intimate to extravagant; you and your guests will remember our breathtaking grounds on the shores of Lake Kingsley.
Our indoor event center offers over 12,000 sq. ft with our Lake Kingsley Ballroom. Our beautifully designed dining area seats up to 250 guests and overlooks our landscaped 18 acres with gardens, 2 gazebos, bridge, deck, ponds, and water feature: all within steps to the lake.

My wife and I recently had our wedding here, everything was so so perfect and went so well. The staff and whole team made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. We had so many friends and family say they will even be going back just to eat and hangout there again. A+ across the board. Our amazing photographer Danielle Albrecht did so so good too and really went above and beyond with our photos as well as making us feel comfortable. Our Offciant/DJ Matt Iverson also killed it and made everything so easy for us, everyone at fab weddings made our day so easy and amazing, we would recommend them to everyone!

Amazing Venue
My husband and I got married here last weekend and it was amazing. The staff was very helpful, they did almost all of the set up, when it started to rain 15 mins before our outdoor ceremony they quickly set up the inside for the ceremony. Overall, they made our day so easy that we were able to take time and enjoy it. Enough good things cannot be said about this venue and we appreciate everything they did for us!

Dreamy scenery, delicious food, and attentive staff
This is a non typical gorgeous wedding venue that is newly remodeled. Since our wedding august 2022 prices have gone up but for the location, natural beauty, and attentive staff this venue was much better than any golf course we looked at (we went to like 10) making it worth the value. George the owner was funny and easy to work with and knows what he’s doing. A HUGE plus of this venue is it comes with a day of coordinator and chivari chairs at no additional cost . On the day of our wedding our day of coordinator had to leave for a funeral (not her fault) and a new day of coordinator came on half way through which was a bit stressful but she took over nicely. The only thing missed was we wanted our new last name to display on the screens once our slide show was over but for that being a minimal issue and the only issue we were more than fine with that. We did the Italian buffet catered from the on-site Briannos and the food was so good we had so many guests tell us how good it was. We did not use their recommended vendors but they do have a large list if you want an all inclusive styles
