Owner Dane Hiett has nearly a decade of experience in the industry and has served as a consultant chef on the Food Network show Restaurant: Impossible. He values his ability to bring people together with tasty and visually-pleasing dishes. Chef Hannah Johnson graduated as a culinary apprentice from the Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado Springs. This education helped her develop her skills in working with a variety of cuisine styles. Together, Dane and Hannah are committed to providing high-quality food and excellent service for your joyous occasion.

They offer a range of cuisines, including American, Asian, British, French, Italian, and seafood. You and your loved ones may enjoy delectable appetizers such as miso roasted butternut squash soup, beef tartare, house-made ravioli, or charred octopus. Their tasty main courses can include tagliatelle with lobster, ribeye steak, smoked and braised short rib, and miso sea bass. Dane and Sara are happy to create mouth-watering cakes and tarts to finish off your delicious meal.
