The City of Evanston maintains several buildings for use to the public including the Beeman-Cashin Building, the Historic Train Depot, the Machine Shop, and the tent in Depot Square. To view photos of the buildings, see our Facilities page. The buildings are available to rent for private functions, for-profit functions, and none-profit functions.
Meeting rooms are also available within the Roundhouse. These include the Portland Rose Room in the Roundhouse which has three breakout rooms (Challenger, City of Los Angeles, and the City of San Francisco rooms). The Roundhouse Mezzanine is also available for meetings only, no events. Also available for meetings in the Roundhouse and Railyard's complex is the Superintendent's Office and Patterson Visitor's Center.
