Coastal Cocktail Carts is a mobile bar rental based out of Ravenel, South Carolina, serving weddings and events in the Lowcountry. We are Sarah and Alexander, a newlywed couple who opened the company after taking a trip down to the Keys that inspired an idea for a business and a desire for adventure. A few weeks after returning from our trip, we bought a horse trailer, and with a lot of help from a dear family friend, we began converting it into a dream mobile bar.
After planning our own wedding in Charleston, we truly understand how stressful and expensive the process can be. Ultimately we want to provide an affordable bar option for brides and planners to have something special at their event without breaking the bank or sacrificing something in order to afford us. With a clean white exterior, our cart is ready to add personal touches to events, making it unique to your special day.
We’ve learned that many venues in the area have their own preferred vendors when it comes to bartenders, so we offer various packages, including just renting the cart itself in order to suit the needs and budgets of everyone!

Coastal Cocktail Cart was the perfect addition to our micro wedding!
Their horse trailer turned cocktail bar is absolutely charming!! They came well prepared to our event with decorations, cups, napkins, and ice! All we had to provide were the drinks of our choosing.
Sarah and her husband Alexander were on time to our event, were a pleasure to interact with during our event, and thoroughly picked up their station once we were finished. The champagne cart was a fun photo-op for our guests and kept spirits high throughout our event! Our guests continue to compliment the quality of their experience with Coastal Cocktail Carts. Coastal Cocktail Carts is the business creation of two newlyweds - myself and Alexander. While I own the business, Alexander is my biggest supporter and fan. I started this business because I wanted to be able to provide couples the ability to add something special to their big day while remaining affordable. I know first hand after planning my own wedding just how expensive and stressful the process can be! Weddings are such a unique and fun time for couples, so much excitement and love being shared and to be able to be part of that is so special to me!
