Coco Bolos is one of our favorite restaurants in town and HCI was great to work with for our wedding. The food was awesome and there was plenty of it, the line moved quickly, and coordinating with them from the day we booked all the way through the wedding day was so stress-free. They even provided extra plates for our cake. Would highly recommend.

We came to HCI wanting a "taste of Manhattan" type of menu for our wedding. We wanted fun foods with a Coco Bolo's flair. They definitely delivered! Everyone was raving about the macaroni and baked potato bar. They had everything covered from the utensils to the food table clothes. When we were hitting our budget a little to closely they worked with us to get it to where it needed to be and we were very happy. They also helped us with cake cutting service and provided non-alcoholic beverages.
