Meghan began working part-time for the business in 2001 and by May of 2003 she was a full time rental sales coordinator. From 2006 to 2016 Meghan was Sales & Marketing Manager. In 2016, then, Dover Tents & Events combined forces with then, Event Central in Harrisburg PA and at that time, Meghan became General Manager for the Dover location.
In 2021 Meghan became VP of Sales & Marketing, in conjunction with a total re-brand of all locations to Collective Event Group.
Now, with over 20 years of experience in the industry, Meghan has helped thousands of couples plan and execute their affairs. Meghan now leads the sales teams in Dover, DE, Harrisburg, Avondale and Bensalem, PA - All now part of Collective Event Group.
AJ started working for CEG in early 2018. For five years prior, she managed events and weddings at two local country clubs, giving her the insight and experience with the overall process and execution of events from different perspectives.
AJ is now our Dover branch Sales Manager, helping hundreds of clients with weddings and special events each year!

Many of the weddings we design the flowers for Tents & Events supplies tents, tables, chair linens and more. They do a fantastic job. Always on time and very helpful.
Meghan and the staff at Dover Tents and Events ALWAYS deliver exactly what I need...and I know that whatever is coming from them will be in great condition and ready to go. Meghan is great when meeting with brides, and helps to gently guide them and make suggestions that pull everything together for them. The new satellite office at the beach is definitely a plus for couples who are planning a destination wedding. I do work with other rental companies, but my first suggestion and preferred vendor is always Dover!
