Joseph had DJ'd another wedding we were guests of and before we knew we were going to be wedding planning we knew he would be our DJ when that time would come around. We selected him as our DJ for our Persian wedding this summer at Grand Island Mansion in Sacramento. He not only helped us come up with a good realistic timeline but also with our song selections for our ceremony and reception, he is very pleasant to work with, he will deliver exactly what you want and if you ask for suggestions he is good with helping you out too. It is very clear he takes his business seriously, always on time with meetings and responsive to all our questions and concerns in a very timely manner. Our wedding was challenging as we asked him to DJ for us songs and music he doesn't even understand, and even with that he nailed it. Being Persian, we not only wanted traditional Persian hits but wanted a good mix for our guests with top hits mixed in, he even helped mix our first dance song which was a fusion of two totally different songs. He is fun to work with, did an amazing job, and the night flew by so fast we wish we had more time to dance! He knew how to keep the music flowing while our guests were off during the sparkler activity, kept it lively & had good commentary during our garter toss. Our venue was out of the area, in Sacramento, he not only came prepared with his professional setup, he even showed up a few hours earlier before our venue had even technically allowed us to start our setup. Our guests had a the best night ever with us, we highly recommend him DJ JAY!

They hoooooked it up!!! Our wedding was crackin from start to finish! We had a large party and was worried about how the sound would carry, but Joseph made sure that everyone in the place was able to hear everything; the MC's, the music, and the speeches.

Our parent's had fun, their friends had fun, and all the homies had fun! And most importantly, my husband and I had fun!

We were initially unsure about what this DJ could do, because we have not had the chance to check him out. However, recommendations from friends turned out right on the money. The setup, the music choices, and the professionalism was top-notch, not to mention the price they asked. If we need another event that requires DJ services, we don't need to look further, as we'll use them again! Ours was for an18th bday celebration, but his music applies to anything. The place had to close down the house, but people still wanted to keep dancing!
