Confectious Pastry Shop is a wedding cake business created in Newport Beach, California. Recently, Confectious has exapnded to the Austin, Texas areas. Owner Nicci honed her skills at the Culinary Institute of America in Napa Valley and earned her degree in Business Administration and Leadership at Chapman University. She now brings her passion for the freshest ingredients and her eye for sugarcraft design to couples across the Golden State.

At the pre-wedding consultation, you can discuss your vision for the day with Nicci and the Confectious Pastry team to personalize your order. Whether you’re looking for the wedding cake of your dreams, cake pops coordinated with your wedding colors or a dessert buffet, they have you covered. Cookies, pastries, fruit, and cupcakes are also available. They’re happy to accommodate gluten-free, lactose-free, nut-free, and vegan dietary restrictions. Structural items like cake stands, cutters, and toppers are all provided by the venue, as are the delivery and setup.
