Cotton Candy Baking Company is located on Hatteras Island, on the Outer Banks of North Carolina.
We truly are "creators of all things sweet" and home to Hatteras Island's original gourmet filled cupcakes! Our other services include wedding & special event cakes, dessert buffets and cookie bars. We are the only baking company located on Hatteras Island with membership in the Outer Banks Wedding Association.
