My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Courtney Hanson Photography on the most important day of our lives - our wedding!

Prior to contracting with Courtney, I had a few conversations with other photographers. I was feeling overwhelmed by the pressure of needing to lock in a photographer early but also wanting to ensure that we identified the team that would make us feel comfortable in front of the camera. In speaking with other photographers the conversations felt really transactional - but when I first met Courtney I immediately felt like I was talking with someone that I have known for many years.

Courtney photographed my daughter's wedding in November, 2018. I still can't decide on which photograph to make into "the wedding portrait." There are so many to choose from, they are so beautiful and capture the joy and happiness of my daughter and her husband. The family photos are great, despite weather challenges. Courtney and her team captured the fun, the perfect moments, and the excitement of the day. She was a dream to work with, answered every email promptly.
