Crisp Catering provided a very professional service with extremely good responsiveness, and the food was great. It was a pleasure to work with Joe, and he responded to each of my innumerable emails in a very short time, and even when I turned into a crazy bride panicking about champagne glasses, and forgot to figure out the cake cutting, Crisp Catering responded to me reasonably, and solved minor problems at the reception without needing input. We loved the menu (the best that we read for our budget, by far), and the food was amazing. Crisp also provided the linens, china, and flatware, so we didn't have to hire a rental company. We hired Crisp 5 months before the wedding to replace a caterer that was being problematic, and the level of sanity of our wedding was much more reasonable as soon as we made that change. It was a pleasure working with professionals who do their job very well, and we couldn't be happier with the food that was served. Again, the menu was wonderful for our budget, and Joe answered every question entirely reasonably. I would happily hire Crisp for future parties again, since working with Joe made my planning much easier.

Joe and his crew catered at our daughter's wedding at the Old Sugar Mill last weekend, & it was magnificent! We have had consistent raves about the food: "the best wedding food ever!" is the recurring response. Further, Joe's staff were efficient, courteous, & worked cooperatively with the staff from other vendors. This company is nothing but fabulous, & we recommend them for ANY event!
