I would recommend the Crowne Plaza to future brides. The food was good, staff was great and they made our day special.

My coordinator with the hotel was Kenthis, she is spectacular. Between she and my wedding planner they made that meeting hall amazing. She made sure the food was perfect and my husband had to have something different than everyone and she catered to that also. My family came from different states and and counties to be at this wedding and we were on the same floor. She made you feel welcome in every way possible.

My review is mixed with both positives and negatives. We used them for our rehearsal dinner and room block.
The positives: The rooms are spectacular, especially the king suite. It was a great size for getting ready with my bridesmaids and outshined all other hotel rooms I've seen (especially for the price we paid!). The hotel location was great. Ann Marie (room blocks) was very helpful initially, as was Stacey (dinner). The 14th floor was perfect for our rehearsal dinner. Food was DELICIOUS! The discount with the room block was amazing, and the hotel itself just has many beautiful features.
The negatives: Little disappointments here and there. From the very beginning I had mentioned how much I would have liked to have our block on the same floor. They said they could not guarantee this, which I understand, but we were veryyyyy spread out. I would have been happy if we were one or two floors apart...but we were all over the place. I am sure they could have been a little more accommodating. I had many family members coming from out of state, and a few had flight delays and came late to the rehearsal dinner. I really had to fight to get boxes for my family before they took the food away, and they did not even give us enough boxes when I had paid for the buffet per person. Seemed unprofessional to me as their delayed flight was very much out of our control. I also was very disappointed in how many people paid the full price for parking rather than the discounted rate for our party, even after telling the front desk they were with the wedding. I had to personally vouch for them and waste time getting their money returned. Again, seemed unprofessional. They also seemed to randomly add things to our hotel bill (valet parking that never occurred) and, although it was taken off when we noted it, seemed as though they were hoping we wouldn't.

If they were a little more organized and did not try to put erroneous additions to mine and guest's bills, I would recommend them.
