Hi there! I'm Deborah.........I'm a passionate photographer with an affinity for Mexican food.....Tex-Mex, New Mexican-Mex, Interior Mexican, Mexican Street food.... Seriously, I love it all.. Anyway, enough about the most important food group in the world (Mexican food, duh).

Let me tell you a little about myself:

I'm the sole owner of "Deborah van Tellingen Photography", founded in 2015 in Silver City, New Mexico, where I owned my own Boudoir Portrait studio. Life had other plans for me, though, and as the saying goes, Texas always calls back her sons and daughters....so in 2019 my husband and I moved back and now make Spring Branch, Texas our home.

My specialties are Weddings and Engagements, Lifestyle Portraits and Boudoir (here's a secret...I ESPECIALLY love shooting Bridal Boudoir...oooh, all those details)...and I love everything about what I do.

I love meeting with you to talk about your plans. I love capturing your love at your engagement session and at your wedding. I love learning about your family. I seriously cry tears of joy when I preview your photos (it's really the truth!), and I love editing your photographs and then creating beautiful albums and keepsakes that you'll cherish for years.

I just adore it all.

As someone who's been on the other side of the camera, I totally understand the excitement and nerves (and even stress) that goes into a photoshoot or planning a wedding.

When I'm not behind my camera, you can find me looking up my next fave recipe for my Insta-Pot (what an invention!), riding my horse, Rio, playing my guitar (badly) or spending quality time with my husband and our two seriously adorable Labradors, Alexis and Skylar
