OK – this is going to be a long one :) but Weddings are important and the person who will be supporting you on your day directly correlates to your stress/enjoyment. Natalia was everything we wanted in a Wedding Coordinator!! She listens to your needs, does thorough research, and gives a variety of options for your budget. She is professional, friendly, grounded, and detail oriented. She has foresight and is focused on her job, while never seeming overwhelmed with the countless tasks on Wedding Day!

My Best Friend, Samantha, hired Natalia to help coordinate her wedding at The Addison, in Boca Raton. This popular venue includes a coordinator and a DOC. The designated person was helpful regarding The Addison itself, but was not nearly as personable or beneficial as Natalia. Natalia helped plan many of the wedding details and was the contact person for the bride’s vendors so she didn’t have to deal with all questions and concerns in the weeks leading up to the wedding. Natalia was also at the rehearsal dinner to help decorate and put names-to-faces, so she could be of better help the next day.

DAY OF - It made a HUGE difference to have Natalia with us and I could tell Samantha was grateful and sure she made the right decision for her most special day. Natalia was supporting the bride ALL DAY. I could see from a bridesmaid point of view how much stress she took off of Sam’s shoulders. She went to Publix for us to get things we forgot or needed. She picked up lunch and brought it to our hotel room. She was going back and forth to the Groom’s house to make sure the guys were on schedule too. There was even a small “fire” that had to be put out and we didn’t even know until after the wedding day. She stayed until the very end of the night and ensured success for Samantha and James. They will be forever grateful!

I am getting married in March and even if my venue offers a coordinator, I will still be having Natalia just to ensure peace of mind!
