Alondra and her team did an amazing job with the day-of coordination for my wedding in February 2024. There were countless moments of "How on earth could I have pulled this off without Alondra?" She adapted our timeline as we got off schedule, and when anything went wrong she projected calm and addressed it quickly. The team took so much stress off of me and my fiance. The rentals she provided were also amazing and they set up the space beautifully.

I would 100% recommend getting a coordinator, and it should be Alondra! Desert Daisy Events provided the greatest value of all the coordinators I got quotes from. She was in contact with us starting 2 months ahead and made sure that we had all the details in place. She provided spreadsheets and timeline documents that we could collaborate on to keep everyone on the same page. She didn't have many reviews when I booked her for my wedding, but from our first meeting, it was clear that I made the right choice. She is incredibly professional and has all the skills and organization to succeed. From seeing her work you would think she's been doing this for 30 years! If I get married again I'll hire her in a heartbeat :)

Alondra Hupe was fabulous!!! I would highly recommend her for any event. I needed someone for the day of the event for my daughter's wedding and she went over and above my expectations. We met beforehand to set a schedule, met for the rehearsal and did all the preparations for the day of the event. She is organized, creative, and upbeat. Her expertise helped make the day enjoyable for all who participated.
