Donovan Pavilion is a wedding venue situated in Vail, Colorado, right between Gore Creek and South Frontage Road. Regardless of the season you choose to exchange your vows in, this space emits beauty year-round with its mountain views. Couples and guests will feel right at home in this welcoming setting while enjoying the gorgeous timber and stone mountain lodge exterior. This modern alpine lodge, which was built in 2003, is flexible and functional, so that couples can personalize and plan the wedding of their dreams in this space.
Facilities and Capacity
The lodge is filled with rustic touches that provide the perfect backdrop for weddings, both large and small. Couples can invite up to 200 of their friends and family. Donovan Pavilion is filled with dramatic features, such as towering windows and arched beam ceilings. Detailing, like etched glass windows, lends an elegant touch. Couples are welcome to exchange their vows in the lodge or out on the back patio. There is also plentiful space in the 5,200-square-foot Pavilion for couples to use during their ceremony or reception.
Services Offered
A full-time management team is on hand at the Donovan Pavilion to assist couples with all their wedding details. They can help you with everything from suggesting vendors to helping you decide on your décor and decorations. The spaces at the lodge are flexible, and items like tables can even be tailored to the specific size and style of your wedding ceremony and reception. The team wants to make sure everything is perfect and meets your needs. Wheelchair access is also provided at the venue, and couples and guests can enjoy free parking on-site.
Cuisine
Donovan Pavilion can provide couples with a list of caterers. However, couples are welcome to choose their own caterer. The venue comes complete with chairs and tables, which is one less thing to worry about when crafting and planning your wedding meals. The venue also contains refrigerators, ovens, microwaves, coffee pots, and more that you and your guests, or your catering team, can use on your special day.

The Perfect Mountain Venue
For the bride, there is a small bridal suite off to the side of the building. It was the perfect spot for final touches before walking down the aisle.
