Laura Zap and The Doubletree Hotel in Norwalk CT, was the best venue for our wedding. It was so close to home, and I-95, which made getting to the venue very convienient for us and our guests. Laura made us feel comfortable, and always listened to our requests. This venue would be best suited for a small/medium wedding. We had 63 guests, and was a perect fit. The cocktail hour was in the private bar area, and the reception in the dining hall. We were treated to a free night's stay. AND one of my favorite parts was enjoying some quiet time in the bridal suite, with my husband, maid of honor, and best man during the cocktail hour. We had our own bar tender and appetizers! Our wedding day was the best day ever!

We had a couple of communication problems but the hotel staff was courteous and they took great care of us. I was especially impressed with the wait staff and the catering team. They were awesome, as was our coordinator. The entire day went off without many issues.
