What to expect when contacting Dream Wedding Entertainment!

We start with a in-person, phone or zoom call consultation with Rob Townsley, who will be your Event Host/Emcee and your point of contact throughout your entire planning process.

During your initial consultation you will discuss the details of your dream wedding and which will be tailored to your vision! Rob will guide you through the process and help you customize the right options, from the sound systems, lighting and TV/Video screens, to photography, video production, special effects and more,

Would you like to customize and create your own playlist? That is an option for you! If you are unsure of the music that you want us to play, A music suggestion list can be provided with an overall mix of music selections to choose from, for all age groups. Rob can also help you choose your music to ensure that it is suitable for all your guests !

Are there songs that you Do Not like? Simply put them on the do-not playlist.

As an Event Hosts / Emcee and polished professional, Rob will orchestrate your formalities, and assist the other professionals in capturing all the important moments, from your introductions, first dance, parent dances, and toasts, to your cake cutting, and interaction with your guests to ensure everyone is having a great time. Working with your Wedding Planner, Venue, Photographer, Videographer, and any other professional you hire, is the utmost importance. It is your day and you are the stars!
