Unfortunately I have to give Dream Media Productions a bad rating because our overall experience with them was not good. Although we received a nice highlight video, we did not receive half of our pictures from the wedding. I have no pictures of my bridesmaids in there dress or robes, no family pictures we took in church after the ceremony, and missing pictures of my husband and his groomsman.

I tried to get in contact with Dream Media Production several times and was getting the run around or getting ignored. Finally I was told by text, that the entire photography team did not work with the company anymore from someone I never spoke with from the company, who went by the name “Joe”. Later to find out the team lead used an allies “Joe” to contact me by email and text so he could act like he left the company. I guess he thought I would just stop trying to contact after a while if he used the allies and stopped responding to my text. But I was persistent because I wanted my picture as they were very important to us and we can’t go back and take the photos.

After further research and digging for more contact information I found a business card with a personal number from one of the photographers on the team and called him. He told me the missing pictures were lost and I should have been refunded a full refund based on what the team lead told him. He also let me know he was no longer with the company, which I believe because he told me a more truthful story about the pictures. I let him know I was not aware the photos were lost and did not receive any compensation. Once the team lead found out I knew the truth about my missing pictures he has not responded to my calls or text.

I do not understand why the team lead/POC lied to me about the pictures and string me along. All I asked for was the rest of my pictures or at the least an explanation of what happen to the pictures and possible compensation.

Now I don’t know if i’ll ever get my pictures or refund for the service not fully provided. This was such a huge disappointment. I would advise future brides to do your research on photography companies and be sure to hire a back up photographer even if it’s just a friend or family member.
