Dutch and Deckle's founder Nancy Dutch has a passion for premium paper and love of design. Throughout her career in the paper industry, Nancy saw how thoughtful, highly-tactile experiences remained important even as technology made digital note-taking and calendaring more common. Having found joy in her own routine of starting each morning with a candle, a cup of coffee, and her journal and planner, Nancy wanted to share that same positive experience with others.
