Facilities and Capacity
Eagleview Event Center contains a number of well-appointed facilities for the happy couple to make use of on their big day. The contemporary barn evokes an aura of elegance and sophistication while maintaining a hint of rustic charm through wooden paneling and exposed beams. With many windows allowing plenty of natural light, the space is further illuminated by glittering chandeliers hanging gracefully from the ceiling. Furthermore, a 3,000-square-foot deck allows newlyweds and their loved ones to observe inimitable mountain views while enjoying each other’s company. The exterior of the barn features traditional large red doors and a sleek symmetrical design, providing an ideal backdrop for country-style wedding portraits. The facility has a capacity for up to 225 people, making it suitable for large gatherings and elaborate celebrations. For those with a more intimate setting in mind for their nuptials, the on-site event center accommodates up to 50 people. The center offers a customizable space for couples to make their own and can be used for a number of wedding-related events. Tables and chairs can be provided for both sites, making the planning and setup process easier for the happy couple. Additionally, get-ready rooms are available for both sides of the wedding party to prepare in on the day.
Services Offered
The dedicated event team at the center will do their utmost to create a personalized event you and your guests remember forever. To help with coordination, they can configure a digital representation of the layout for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception as required. The team can also take care of setup and cleanup, allowing you and your partner to enjoy your special day. Additionally, they can supply a number of event items, including linens, a wedding arch, drapery, lighting, and more. For an added feature of entertainment, the staff can provide a photo booth, encouraging guests to capture their memories of this special occasion. Outside vendors are permitted, allowing you to choose the businesses and services which best reflect your wedding vision. Furthermore, the team can set up a prep kitchen for your chosen caterer to help the celebrations run as smoothly as possible.
