The Estate:

This remarkable estate offers a well-equipped and sophisticated office space, complete with high-speed fiber optic internet and seamless wireless mesh Wi-Fi. It is an ideal location for those who wish to combine work and leisure and attend Zoom calls while enjoying a flexcation or workcation.

Moreover, the property includes a stunning 8-bedroom, 8-bathroom residence that spans approximately 11,400 square feet. The estate also features twin spring-fed ponds, one of which is stocked with trout, a clay tennis court, a heated swimming pool, and an outdoor in-ground 10-person spa (for summer use). Additionally, there is an indoor 2-person spa, a steam shower, and a sauna. Lastly, guests can enjoy a year-round, state-of-the-art 7-person outdoor garden spa that overlooks the upper spring-fed pond and the Worcester Mountain range.

The estate is well-equipped with state-of-the-art entertainment systems, featuring six large smart TVs and cinema-quality surround sound in the entertainment room. A new 86" LG QNED smart TV adorns the room, while the great room and patio are fitted with Sonos sound systems. Appliances throughout the estate were upgraded to high-end models in 2023, ensuring a luxurious and comfortable stay for all guests.

As a valued guest, the entire private estate is yours to explore, along with access to the beautiful Weissner Woods and a variety of trails perfect for walking, hiking, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing.

While we do have some restrictions in place for pets, we are happy to work with you to ensure they are welcomed with the proper approval.

The Spruce Peak Lodge offers fantastic day camps only three miles from the estate for families seeking kid-friendly activities. The Stowe Country Club golf course is also situated in the village's heart, just a short distance from the estate, featuring beautiful fairways and manicured greens.

A mere two-minute drive will take you to the Stowe recreation path and stunning Bingham Falls. Topnotch Stables, offering horseback riding, is also just around the corner, one minute away.
