Elegant Occasions is awesome! They're very laid back-- no pressure to buy right away. Someone was available to help me as soon as I walked in. They asked what I was looking for, brought out a couple gowns that fit my description, and just let me look around on my own and try on dresses when I wanted. The whole staff was extremely friendly, and they don't hover over you like other stores. I love that they let you do your own thing, but they're always around to help when you need it. I came here first just to look and then made a trip to David's Bridal. After being in DB for five minutes, I decided to go back to Elegant Occasions and buy the dress I had fallen in love with there. The prices were lower than I expected, too. I was able to buy a sample gown for around $300 less than the original price. If you're in the area, give Elegant Occasions a try!

I went to 3 other places in Lincoln and the surrounding area before coming to Elegant Occasions. The girls were very helpful and made me feel very comfortable right away. I found the dress on the first try! The ordering process was simple, and the dress came in on the earlier than what they thought which was a very pleasant surprise! Best of all, the prices are cheaper but the dresses are just as nice as any boutique you would go. They also give you a store discount for accessories and tuxes after purchasing a dress with them. Very good experience. Highly recommend them!
