I am writing this review with enthusiasm. Elegantize created an outstanding Mandap, entrance gate, and aisle decorations/ centerpieces. Hiring them was by far the best decision I made in arranging the wedding of our son. The quality, elegance and sophistication of their décor just burst forth from the visuals they had provided. The actual décor surpassed anything I had expected. They used fresh flowers only. See the three pictures that are attached. Everyone came up to me to specifically praise the décor and rate it invariably A++. Elegantize left no stone unturned to perform beyond expectations.
My contact at Elegantize was Raza. He provided excellent service. He was the most professional of about 10 vendors I hired for the wedding (and the welcome reception the previous day). He answered my emails promptly and (rightly) preferred oral communications. I felt he provided me with personal service. I never had to leave a voicemail message for him. He always recognized my phone number and answered my calls by addressing me by my first name. He kept all his promises. He and his team came early enough to finish the decor in a timely manner. They are true artists and perfectionists. They improvised and improved their creation as they went along. They lived up to their promise that it is "not enough to be just noticed. The point is to be memorable."
