Our menus may be tailored to your desires including passed appetizers, buffet or seated dinners, carving stations, luau pig roasts, Good ol' Texas barbecue, even a late night snack bar for the after party, you name it!

As it pertains to venues we bring the FIRE to you! So whether you are having an intimate backyard soiree, in home cooking class, or serving hundreds of guests at a large venue we are prepared to handle the event and provide a unique experience.
