Jesse and his staff were wonderful! Though we haven't gotten to see all of the video they shot (my daughter's wedding was just 12 days ago!) we know it will all be such a treasure! Jesse offers a most unique service in his Same Day Edit. At the reception, we set up up a "movie lounge" and during most of the reception, played the slideshow from the Rehearsal Dinner the night before. But at the very end of the reception, just before the Bride & Groom left, we announced for everyone to come over to the movie lounge and Jesse showed a 5 min video of all the most special and fun times from the wedding day! The wedding party, family and friends all got see themselves getting ready and celebrating from just a few hours earlier! It was fantastic!! I don't know how Jesse did it but he did! He also took much time leading up to the wedding to get to know our daughter and her fiancé. Over several sessions, he shot an "Our Story" video of them telling how they met and fell in love-what a treasure that will be for them. Jesse and his crew were all around all day but never "in" the way. They were there to capture every moment yet we hardly knew they were there! We can't wait to see the final product! Jesse is more than a wedding videographer - he's a movie maker ~ Thank you so much, Jesse!!

*Edited* I had originally posted a positive review, but in light of new information I decided to amend the original review to one that more accurately represented my experience with this company. It has been nearly 3 years since my wedding and I still have not received print products (album, large prints, canvases, etc) that were promised and detailed in my wedding contract. These items are valued at over $1000, which is not a small amount that can be ignored. But this review isn't about how I simply didn't receive what I paid for and was legally entitled to, it is about how the owner of this company has actively tried to ignore my repeated attempts to contact him to fix this problem.

Not only did he ignore my phone calls, text messages, and emails, but when I finally got to him through Facebook messages, he basically ignored the problem and gave me the runaround. This was after 2 years had already passed. He finally agreed to address the contract issue in a facebook message the following week (this was about a month ago). After patiently waiting, I contacted him once again to remind him. his response was to BLOCK me on facebook and once again ignore my requests to solve this dispute face to face. Now that Jesse / Juan (He goes by two different names) has closed all communication with me, my only recourse is to take legal action which I was hoping to avoid.

DO NOT give this company one penny of your business. It's one thing to have a misunderstanding, but it's an entirely different thing for a company to actively ignore a legally binding contract and cut off all communication with their client. This is despicable behavior for any company. There are dozens of other talented videographers that you can find through this website that produce quality results for the same money that are actually trustworthy - don't take a change with this shady videographer.

I am the wedding that was filmed 09-22-12. I am out over $4000 because we chose to make payments. Our wedding was supposed to be done by the time we made out last payment. It's almost been 2 years later and I still don't have my wedding videos nor do I have my money. I highly recommend not using Jesse Contreras. He has great videos but you will never get your video and you will lose your money.

I highly recommend this vendor if you want to consider a lawsuit which is what we are considering now.
