They really work with you. On top of Final 4 making it very hard to book hotels and then getting the run around from our supose to be venue. enVision gave us great room rates and we are now having the our ceremony and reception there!! So excited!! With no worries!! They have our back!!!

The whole hotel was suppose to be completely renovated by the time of our wedding and when that time came, Clarion Hotel hadn't even started their renovations! The rooms were pretty expensive for being a 2-3 star hotel even with the "wedding party discount". The room we had the ceremony in was hot and stuffy - AC was not working and when brought up to front desk, they blamed our guests for it not working properly. Now, the reception room we had was in the River's Ballroom and the AC was not working in there neither nor was the WiFi working for our DJ that we had hired.

When we went into Rehearsal the day before the wedding that AC was working just fine. The ceremony room was a disasters with ceiling tiles over the counter tops and debris over the floor. We asked them to fix that right away. When we went into the reception area there was a light fixture that was hanging over our head table and was fixed but not fixed properly since it was still very loose.

After everything was said and done, I did file a complaint about everything and did not even get an apology just got a "that is how it goes and we cannot control how things happen" response.
