The EEE team is truly Epic in every way! There were many obstacles during the planning process and during the actual wedding, and we wouldn’t have been able to overcome those challenges without Sina and her team! It rained and got windy right before the ceremony, but Sina and her team came to our rescue to help us ensure we got the outdoor wedding of our dreams! Their attention to detail, organization, and experience truly shines! They coordinated not just with me and Yash, but also with our families and friends to ensure everything happens on time and all requests and desires were fulfilled! Sina and her team is very approachable, fun, and responsible! Sina and her team goes out of her way - whether it’s getting on several calls in a week, answering our gazillion texts, creating event diagrams for us, going on multiple venue walk throughs, helping you decide your bridal entry, to coming over at our home to go through all the puja saman - the list is endless! Both our parents were especially glad that Sina is a Gujarati and understands the ceremony steps well to ensure we are addressing all the aspects with sensitivity and attention.

I had several freak out moments throughout the planning process and right before the events, but Sina and her team were always there to calm me down and make sure I am enjoying as the bride! More than a month after the wedding, we are still receiving compliments of how amazing our planning team was.
Hiring EEE was truly one of the best decisions of our wedding planning!

We initially tried to tackle wedding planning on our own and then quickly realized that we needed more help. Sina and her team were a great fit for us from the start! We had a longer engagement and therefore got to know the team pretty well during the planning process. We could not speak more highly of them and strongly recommend hiring them as your wedding planner! We did full planning (although we had picked a few vendors beforehand in which Sina was able to accommodate and work with us on). This was extremely helpful as they were able to find and get in touch with vendors and get back with us about what we may prefer. This made the planning process soooo much easier! Less stress on us! and even amidst other weddings, the team was always responsive and took care of any questions or concerns that we had. On top of this all, we had a great rapport with the team and we definitely consider them life long friends after it all!! Sina and her team made us feel comfortable with the process every step of the way, while maintaining professionalism but making us feel like close friends :) They also did a wonderful job handling any drama/breakdowns/family dynamics that came up during the process! The wedding weekend was so great and we could not have imagined anything better! The organization was KEY and we love the way that Epic handles everything! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!

From the bottom of our hearts, we are so grateful to the entire EEE team for making our wedding week/weekend so special and successful! From constantly being available during and outside of meetings, speaking with vendors behind the scenes, communication with our families and friends to organize every little detail, the entire team created such an easy, comfortable, and stress-free environment. I will also mention that my dad specifically said hiring Sina’s team was the best decision of the wedding!

The entire team tended to every need throughout the planning process and during the wedding events. They were truly a combination of friends, drapers, makeup and hair assistants, bodyguards, and planners in one throughout the weekend. They kept me calm during stressful times and responded to my requests with such ease and calmness. I cannot thank them enough for being the biggest cheerleaders. We instantly knew we were in the right hands and knew that they would fight for what our vision was and also help brainstorm when we hit roadblocks. We cannot recommend them enough to future couples.
