Sara was a coordinator for our son's wedding, the event exceeded our expectations due to her. She was always one step ahead of everything what needed to be done. She handled event details very effectively and stayed on top of things. She is very professional, courteous, and very responsive.

We worked with Sara as our wedding event planner as well as decorator. From planning the minute details of the wedding, to speaking with various vendors and brining our vision for the décor to life, Sara exceeded all of our expectations. She went above and beyond her role of an event coordinator to help ensure that everything ran smoothly and seamlessly. Despite her busy schedule, she was always easily reachable and made herself available for us throughout the entire process. She is super reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and most importantly FRIENDLY! Sara works with so many major vendors in the NOVA area so it was a great experience to work with someone that had a solid vendor network. Anyone that we mentioned from makeup and henna artist to our DJ all worked with her and had great things to say! We couldn’t have pulled off a 400-guest wedding without her tremendous help. She went out of her way to ensure that we could actually enjoy the wedding and not be completely overwhelmed. The decorations for our wedding were absolutely breathtaking! We received numerous compliments about how beautiful and elegant it was. She incorporated everything we wanted and more. Ethereal Events, in particular Sara for planning and Op for day-of execution, were great with every aspect of planning our wedding and henna party. Sara was with us every step of the way and helped guide us through a very hectic process. She was organized, courteous, and ready to help in any way she could.
