We chose Melanie as our “day of coordinator”but she delivered so much more than that. From day one I was shocked at how detailed and organized she was, which made the planning process a breeze. We planned our wedding of 174 guests in 5 months and although she was our “Day of” coordinator, She helped my wife and I organize literally every aspect of the wedding, from the super detailed spreadsheets for the guest list, to contacting all of our vendors, to helping set up the wedding in the rain! & keeping us calm throughout that entire nerve-wracking morning. Not only is Melanie a sweetheart, but she is a rockstar at what she does and we would highly recommend her to anyone planning to have a wedding!

Melanie is absolutely incredible!!! She was instrumental in helping our wedding vision come to life! As our day-of-coordinator she helped everything go smoothly, managed all our vendors and took the stress off of my husband and I so we can enjoy the day. The meetings we had in the months leading up to the wedding were also super helpful! She helped us put together the perfect wedding day timeline and made sure we covered every single detail. I honestly don’t know what I would’ve done without her. I would’ve missed planning out so many important details. I felt like I literally trusted my life with Melanie and she did not disappoint! We even got so many compliments from our guests about how well-organized our wedding was. Trust and believe, this would not have been the case without Melanie. She really helped us cross our T’s and dot our I’s. Even the work she did in setting up all our stuff at the venue was amazing and much needed! I honestly don’t know how people have weddings without a day-of-coordinator like Melanie in their corner. It seems impossible. Anyway, we are so glad we hired her! Hiring Melanie was the best decision we made for our wedding. We had a very difficult wedding planning process (Non-communicative venue, absurdly high last-minute fees, needing to switch vendors last minute, etc.) Melanie handled each hurdle flawlessly! She got us a new florist, with a contract all made up in less than a day! She is so easy-going and calm, while also being extremely meticulous, smart, and quick. On the day of, she handled all of our set up, and clean up. She also made custom timelines for us to follow, so we knew exactly where we needed to be, when. Thanks to Melanie, we were able to actually enjoy our wedding day.
