Nicki was our wedding coordinator for our wedding at The Club at Ruby Hill. She did a wonderful job in making sure every little detail went according to plan and also making sure everyone was in the right place at the right time. Nicki coordinated our wedding at the Club at Ruby Hill. When we first met her, the staff at the venue treated her as a polished professional and now that our event has passed, we understand why Nicki and her team are so highly regarded. We expected the process to be stressful with organization and execution. Nicki exceeded these expectations. She managed the day like a surgeon – everything was set up perfectly, she paid attention to the details that were easily overlooked, and was an absolute blast during the event; she was prepared for anything.
She is extremely organized. Leading up to the event date, Nicki will make sure that all of the details discussed are accounted for and executable. Once it is crunch-time, she will also work very closely with your vendors. Knowing that Nicki was working so hard behind the scenes allowed us to relax as we approached the event date.
Although most of this review is focused on her stellar work, the team was also absolutely wonderful interacting with our guests. Many of our friends and family found them to have great positive energy. Our wedding party had a great time working with her as they prepared for their coordinated entrance.
