I am a last minute bride. I came across to Exclusively yours favors and ordered my items. I also emailed them to let them know about my crunch for time. Representative name SAmantha called me and informed me about my order and calmed me. i left the favors for the last minute and forgot about it. Samantha was extremely helpful and not only that she reminded me to purchase somethings that i never thought about it. Now thats what i call professonalism and knows what they are doing. Within few days i've got my package and i just love them. I am glad i found this company. I will use them for all my event. They do baby shower, birthday and other parties as well.

Horrible customer service. Ordered favors on August 5 for an upcoming baby shower on September 10. Followed up on status end of August and was told they were shipped out. Requested tracking number at which time I was told they are closed and I would have to wait until the day after Labor day to get information. Never received another call from them despite several email messages and voice mails. Finally heard back from them late that day at which time they said the items were lost. UPS couldn't locate them. On top of that I was told I ordered the last bunch of items they had in stock so I would have the option of either ordering new items or receiving a refund. I opted for the refund immediately. Since I paid through pay pal I expected the refund to be placed immediately and for it to be reflected. Nothing. I had to open a case against them on the 8th and they emailed me to say they were funding the money. It is now one week later and still no refund. DO NOT USE THEM!! THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I was left without personalized favors for the event.
