"Best of Weddings" award-winning, Fairview Farm Events, is an inclusive Destination Weekend venue, which also offers Friday and Saturday (off/mid season),Sunday and Weekday options. The 100-plus-year-old family-owned rustic chic elegant farm estate venue is located in central VA, near Richmond. Named for its stunning views and sunsets, we bring couples, family and friends together, and customize your package based on your individual needs. Day only Packages begin at $8500. Accommodations are optional for up to 40 guests on property and a 245 guest wedding occupancy.
We provide a professionally decorated by season, two story, ADA, climate controlled, reception barn by season and include an adjacent all-weather ADA pavilion, discounted DJ and planning services (included with our Premiere weekend). Our relaxing destination venue provides all setup and clean up for your event.
There are multiple amazing vacation-style properties which include a large updated 1915, 3600 sq. foot farmhouse property with an adjacent 2000 square foot amazing game room building. Other accommodations include an incredible 4000 square foot upscale dairy barn and an adjacent 2000 square foot hay barn loft that is unlike any other. We can host up to 40 guests at our incredible farm estate property for an entire or extended weekend or day-only option.
Fairview Farm began the restoration of the family farm estate in 2013. We are one of Virignia's own family-owned farm estate for 100-plus years. The family has continually expanded properties and services. There is so much to do on the property, and we do all set up and clean up for your wedding. The large, fully stocked five-acre lake with fountains, has a massive new deck, dock and gazebo wedding on the water or woods options.
The amazing 2000 square foot separate game room building is like no other, and there are wood and gas fire pits included as well as many props including a 1951 restored Ford red truck as well as another early Ford truck and tractor for photos. Couples truly love that we include so much with our packages to create an incredible lasting memory.
Fairview Farm Events provides a unique Concierge Vendor Service to make your special event amazing. We have a 245-person event occupancy. There are off-mid and in-season weekend packages with 18 guests included to stay on property or a Saturday (off and mid-season only availability) with so much included below. Fairview Farm Events accommodates up to 18 guests with its Basic Inclusive Weekend package and up to 40 guests with its Premiere All-Inclusive Weekend package where 40 onsite guests can stay on the entire property as an option with a total of four different stunning properties. Fairview Farm Events - A Perfect Wedding Venue
Accessibility was key for us, and the venue being ADA-compliant ensured that the bride's mother could attend comfortably in her wheelchair. The venue also offers a wide variety of decorations, which helped us cut down on floral costs while still having everything beautifully arranged to our tastes, thanks to the help of their on-site coordinator.
We were worried about rain, but Fairview Farm’s flexible rain plan was a lifesaver. The staff allowed us to wait until the last minute before deciding whether to move the ceremony indoors, giving the weather time to improve. Thankfully, we didn’t need to use the rain plan, but the flexibility and support were so appreciated. The entire staff, from the facility manager to the coordinator and DJ, were fantastic. The facility manager helped with everything from parking to setting up tables and chairs, ensuring everything flowed smoothly. Their vendor list was also incredibly helpful—each vendor was familiar with the venue, making the whole process seamless. The caterers and bartenders worked well with the coordinator to make sure the setup was perfect, and the photographer knew all the best photo spots on the property, giving us beautiful memories to look back on.
Additionally, the venue offers several houses for the wedding party and guests to use, which is such a convenient feature. The groomsmen loved the game room while waiting for the ceremony! Overall, everything about the planning and execution of the wedding went off without a hitch, and I can’t thank Fairview Farm Events enough for their amazing service. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-organized place to host a celebration.

We recently designed flowers for a summer wedding at Fairview Farms and the venue is beautiful, private and spacious all wrapped up in one . Great large area for the Bridal Gals and the men would just go crazy for the area where they can hang. One of a kind !
