Working with Cynthia Guerrero of Fairytale Events was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! With less than one month before our August wedding, my fiancée and I decided to look for a backdrop designer who could double as a day-of-event coordinator. Day before the Wedding: Although she was not contracted to do so, Cynthia attended our wedding rehearsal to personally meet and greet our family members. Additionally, she ensured that our designated wedding contacts knew how to contact her if they needed help with anything. She was even kind enough to check in on us to ask if there were any last-minute preparations that she could assist with. We truly appreciated her thoughtfulness and uncanny attention to detail.
Day of the Wedding: From start to finish, Cynthia was there for us. More important, we were absolutely awed by her beautiful transformation of our reception ballroom. Not only did she far exceed our vision for the space, but she truly did convert our banquet room into the moniker of her business…nothing short of a “fairytale event”! For instance, the design of our sweetheart table was breathtaking—replete with chiffon swags, candles, mood and stage lighting, crystal accents, etc. Her rendition of a classic candy station far exceeded our expectations! Indeed, our wedding guests are still raving about the stunning display of apothecary jars, assorted candies, lights, etc., that Cynthia was able to create. Moreover, Ms. Guerrero’s efforts have helped to keep our wedding the “talk of the town” nearly two months AFTER our wedding! Some of our attendees have even conceded that our wedding was among the most visually stunning weddings that they have ever attended!
