Amazing Mila made my wedding shirt from scratch! I found a very stylish men wedding shirt in Collezioni and I had to have it but did not wanted to pay couture price. After a brought a photo to Fichu-Wedding Alterations, Mila - the owner, matched the silk fabric color, made a textured front, bow tie, contemporary collar and even pocket decoration per my request. I cannot be more satisfied! Fast turn-around too!

I am so thankful to Mila for her beautiful work altering my wedding gown. I am really short and curvy, so finding the right gown was a challenge, and I knew that no matter what I ended up with, I needed the very best tailor to help make sure I looked my best. My dress didnt end up coming until about two weeks before the wedding, and I was panicked that I wouldnt have enough time for alterations. Mila was so sweet and accommodating. She was flexible with my work schedule and spent a good amount of time with me to understand my vision for the alterations. She made some significant changes to the design of my dress that really made me look amazing, and made my dress one-of-a-kind. She is really an artist and does excellent work at fair prices. I wish I could bring all of my clothes to her!

Loved working with Mila. She is just the sweetest person and makes you feel right at home. She is a dressmaker by trade, so she was able to do some serious structural changes to my dress which was awesome. Not cheap (my alterations cost more than my dress), but definitely worth the money. I was able to make my first appointment online which was very nice and she scheduled the follow-up appointments with me before I left her store. She had to reschedule my 2nd fitting a few times, but it wasn't a big deal since I had plenty of time before the wedding. She even let me pay with Venmo which was awesome (because who carries checkbooks these days?) -- overall great experience. Would recommend!
