I found it very difficult to get responses back from this vendor...I would send an email wait a week, send a follow up and have to wait another week before they would respond sometimes...also I wasn’t told that the second photographer i hired couldn’t make it (due to car accident) until I asked a few minutes before the ceremony. I understand accidents happen but wish they would’ve told us as soon as they knew. Photo gallery took well over 30 business days to get back and 3 minute highlight video took 2 1/2 months. Also there were lots of filler photos in ether gallery. The highlight film looked as if it was thrown together last minute, didn’t flow and was missing important moments such as our first dance. Very different in quality and consistency than the sample videos i reviewed before hiring. Cost was decent compared to others but knowing what i know now i would’ve definitely paid more to have more effort put in and a vendor that communicates better. We did have some nice pictures but wasn’t worth the issues. I really hate writing bad reviews but i wish i would’ve had someone write this in a review for me to have a heads up.

I hired a team of two videographers to capture my wedding last year, and they totally scammed me. The sample videos they showed me were so nice and elegant—exactly what I wanted. First off, they take so long to get a product to you. At least a month for a 2.5 min highlight video that was so tacky and poorly thrown together. Seriously, if I had spent a few hours putting together the footage myself as an amateur, I would have done a better job. Second, they completely lost the footage of the full length wedding video that we had agreed on, but didn’t tell me until about 30 email and 3 months later. They weren’t even respectful about it all. I was so angry and upset. I got a refund for the extremely poor service but it doesn’t satisfy the captured memories I’ve lost forever. Don’t fall for the low price
