Pam, is a baking angel and our cake was DEVOURED by our guests! She was accommodating for the cake tasting and met us at our venue which made for a lovely memory for me and my spouse! And when there was a mix-up in communication (on my end may I add!) she immediately adjusted her schedule to be able to make our cake for our special day; which was VERY important because Pam makes the BEST almond cake with armarretto filling! We also had a layer of lemon poppyseed cake with Marionberry filling and it was an absolute crowd favorite! The cake was soft and delicate and the frosting wasn’t too sweet, which is important for our personal tastes. The design on the cake was simple by our request but extremely elegant and Pam worked with our florist to pick up the flowers the day before to decorate the cake. We will absolutely order an almond cake with armarretto filling from Fleur Cakes every anniversary and I cannot recommend this place enough for your special day!!! Or heck, any day...it’s that good!

Pamela did magic with our geode cake. She was professional, informative and met with us with two small cake samples last year. Communicated well over the year over email and phone. Beautiful and the most delicious cake on my wedding day, May 5 at the Columbia Gorge Hotel.

We got a mixture of cake and pies and it was hands down the BEST strawberry rhubarb pie my husband and I have ever tasted. We could not have been happier with her services. Our cake was decorated beautifully and her signature frosting is wonderful.
