Nestled within the city limits, this passive park was acquired by the City in 1986 and has approximately 15 acres paved walking trails for exploring nature. The granite animals were donated by Florence Mall for use at the facility. The Evelyn M. Kalb Gathering House is located here and rented to the public for parties or special occasions from 8:00 am - 12:00 am by the Public Services Department. Rental fee is $150 for meetings or parties and $300 for weddings & receptions. There is a $100 deposit (refundable after event provided there is no damage to the facility) due within three (3) business days after making the reservation.
