Geri at Flower Fiesta was wonderful to work with. I was absolutely blown away by the flowers at our wedding. I went into our initial meeting to discuss what I wanted unsure of what I was looking for exactly, but she was so helpful and knowledgeable and put me at ease. I felt confident in giving her a general idea of what I wanted and letting her work her magic. When I arrived at the venue and saw my bouquet I was thrilled. She did a lovely job and it was easy and wonderful working with her. Highly recommended!

FYI: I planned my wedding from Indianapolis, Indiana. (We moved 1.5 year ago for work.)

I rented BEAUTIFUL 16" x 4" vases along with 9" x 4" vases for my wedding from Flower Fiesta. Geri Alviso is the owner and she is very nice and helpful. I tossed around ideas and she provided wonderful suggestions. Whenever I called and left message or emailed it would take approximately 48-72 hours for a response which was not what I'm use to; all my vendors usually responded within the day or no more than 24 hours after I make contact. Geri was also incredibly flexible about pick up time and drop off time of the vases; although you're only allowed to pick up after 9AM the day before your wedding/event and you HAVE to drop it off the day after your wedding; that didn't fit to great into our schedule but she was incredibly flexible about the time of pick up and drop off which was very nice.

The only HORRIBLE thing was she never told us that we had to return the vases in the SAME CARDBOARD containers that the vases came in. The 16" x 4" vases came in a cardboard box that was 2 vases deep by 3 vases wide; one case held 6 vases. We were NEVER told that it had to be return in the SAME boxes we picked them in... It was ONLY a cardboard box... We rented 6 vases extra just in case; we returned ONE cardboard box case the way they came because we didn't use them, but the other 12 vases were returned in a regular cardboard box, not the original box; I WAS CHARGED $61 for NOT returning 2 cardboard boxes. She charged me the Monday after my wedding; I had no idea she charged our bank account until she sent me an email THURSDAY and told me... I don't think that's professional at all; if she told me that the boxes HAD to be returned, I would of RETURNED the boxes instead of getting charged $61!

On the other hand, it is incredibly REASONABLE price to rent those heavy duty vases if you're making your own centerpieces.

Overall I would recommend this vendor BUT remember to return the vase EXACTLY the way you picked them up!
