Fly by Night catering has the best food you could possibly get at your wedding. Jennifer is so wonderful and accommodating. My husband and I drove out for a consultation and tasting and were immediately blown away by her food. It's simple and wonderful: tequila lime cheese spread, bacon wrapped stuffed jalapenos, chicken breast stuffed with fresh mushrooms and boursin cheese wrapped in prosciutto, pecan smoked brisket, grilled tilapia and shrimp in a brown butter sauce... It's all to die for! We got so many compliments on the food at our wedding: many people said it was the best wedding food they had ever had. It was very important to us to have good food at our wedding, and Fly by Night delivered! Jennifer even worked with us on a special kids' table menu since we have so many friends with small children. Jennifer set up a special buffet just for them with treats like chicken tenders, a pasta bar with sauces, and fruit with yogurt dip. The kids and parents loved it! Thanks to Fly by Night we had spectacular food at our wedding, and all our guests were happy.
