Indoor receptions can be hosted in the elegant Grand Ballroom, which features amazing architecture, and panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and ponds. Or you can opt to host your reception in our Garden Vignette room in front of our Italian Estate inspired green wall, with soaring ceilings and an LED lit dance floor.

The Fontanel officially became a part of music history in the 1980s, when Country Music Hall of Fame inductee Barbara Mandrell built the 30,000 square foot mansion in northeast Nashville. Mandrell named the estate Fontanel, stemming from her hope that, like a fountain, the home would be a spring of new beginnings for her young family. Erected from more than 42 truckloads of logs from Montana, the mansion maintains its iconic elegance and has been graced by a who’s who of television, movies and music, such as Oprah Winfrey, Gwyneth Paltrow, Chuck Norris, Kid Rock, Willie Nelson and Reba McEntire.

As you arrive, the enchanting mile-long drive through two of Nashville’s historic hills opens up to the estate’s impressive 30,000 square foot crown jewel, the Fontanel Mansion. You and your guests will be captivated, with its professional landscaping, fifteen foot waterfall, beautiful koi ponds and natural creek.
