Chef Bob seemed to try anything & everything for us to have a great day! He was very passionate about his food & making sure we had the opportunity to try samples well ahead of time, including going well out of his way to do so.
The menu selection was good, and on the day the food was great - we had plenty left over for the following day(s).
As far as advice goes, be close to your final numbers in negotiating the final price & try to get a feel for how much food is really needed for the day (we had wound down the portions 2/3 from the initial numbers based on our best guess - and we were over).
Burgers and fish tacos were amazing!!! Thanks Bob.
